Hi, I'm Pavneeka. I wear two hats: corporate lawyer advising startups and small businesses on transactional and commercial legal matters, and legal mentor guiding law students and junior lawyers through career decisions, practice area transitions, and firm movements. My own path has not been traditional. Before law school, I was an electrical engineer. Midway through my engineering degree, I figured out that law was where I actually wanted to be and made the switch to IIT Kharagpur's law school. Since then, I started off with a PPO and I have spent 5+ years at some of India's leading firms: AZB & Partners, DSK Legal and Trilegal. At DSK Legal, I also worked on secondment at Everstone Capital, one of India's leading private equity funds.
