Foundations of General Corporate Practice with Pavneeka Parashar

I'll be teaching you the fundamentals of corporate law, workings of general corporate area wherein I’ll broadly cover these areas: (i) what is general corporate practice (law firms vs. in-house counsel; types of transactions and matters in corporate practice; key skills and mindset); (ii) company law foundations; (iii) anatomy of commercial agreements (including key drafting principles, reviewing); (iv) introduction to legal due diligence; and (v) fundamentals of mergers & acquisitions, and deal cycle
