Presently, I'm a VP of UX Research at Insyte UX Research Studio. I work with founders and product leaders to design research strategy, operations, and AI-enabled workflows that directly impact product decisions and business outcomes. Prior to this, I spent years building, scaling, and leading world-class research teams from scratch at hyper-growth giants and global tech leaders, including Flipkart, Swiggy, DeliveryHero, and ServiceNow. My core interests lie at the intersection of research leadership, AI in UX research, and international career growth. I enjoy mentoring researchers and designers who want to break into UX research, transition fields, or crack high-impact global roles. Let's build your UXR career together.
