Firstly i want to say thanks to Nithin Jadhav for giving me wonderful opportunity and giving his valuable time. He explained about how to build a resume, how certifications helps in add valuing the resume. He also shared how to crack the interviews and how recruiters will look in to our profile. It was a great session and got to know about my resume mistakes. It is always better to have someone's views on your resume who is in the same field and has idea about how it works.
It was a great experience. I got to learn many new things and I also came to know about the Industrial training procedure, the roles we can apply for ,the work culture and many other related factors.
And I would also say that it is a great initiative to help students like us to have a one on one chat with seniors for gaining knowledge and having a bigger vision for future .
It was really great. I was very confused before the session but after the session I got clarity.
