Supportive Counselling Session (1:1)
A judgment-free space to talk, reflect and feel heard.
About me
Hi, I'm Mrinalini! I recently completed my M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical Specialization), after my B.A. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology.
I've worked in a government teaching hospital, a private psychiatric hospital, and a rehabilitation centre, and I've done community mental health work with an NGO. This gave me hands-on experience in case history taking, mental status examination, and understanding people's experiences with care, empathy and respect.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental and CBT-informed. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can talk openly and feel heard. I'm also trained in queer affirmative practice, so you can expect an inclusive and respectful space for people of all identities.
You can book a session with me if you'd like support with:
Stress, anxiety and overwhelm
Difficult emotions and emotional regulation
Life transitions, academic or career pressure
Relationship and interpersonal concerns
Feeling stuck and wanting someone to talk to
Please note: I'm a recent graduate offering supportive counselling. I do not diagnose or prescribe, and I'm not a substitute for a psychiatrist or for emergency care. If you are in crisis, please contact a local helpline or emergency services.
