UX Research support for Emerging Researchers

As a senior user researcher in a B2B corporate environment, I work in a context where, when I first joined, there were no formal research tools, processes, or systems in place. Being part of a small (and at times, solo) research setup has given me firsthand experience in building the research function from the ground up.
