About the Call:

This will be a brief, conversational space to help you explore whether therapy with me feels like the right fit.

In this call, we’ll:

1. Understand what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to work on
2. Discuss my therapeutic approach, style, and areas of focus
3. Clarify practical details like session structure, confidentiality, and fees

This isn’t a full session, but a mutual exploration, an opportunity for you to feel informed, comfortable, and aligned before beginning your therapeutic journey.

Please Note:

1. The cancellation and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any changes requested within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
