As parents of a 5-year-old, we stopped rushing academics and embraced more freetime & play. Kritika helped us create a calmer home, rethink timeouts, and work together with more trust and ease.

As parents of a 13-year-old, Kritika supported our son with self-esteem and school change, while guiding us as parents. We’re continuing sessions and highly recommend her.

When my husband and I decided to separate, Kritika supported us in figuring out co-parenting for our 7-year-old. Her individual sessions also helped me cope with the separation and ongoing divorce.

We are currently taking marriage counseling sessions with Kritika, and they’ve been very insightful in helping us identify our patterns. She offers a safe space for us to open up and grow.

My Therapeutic Approach: I blend Anthroposophical and Waldorf education principles, such as the seven-year life cycles of human development, with existential psychology to foster meaning-making. My work incorporates both Eastern and modern perspectives to support the whole person- body, mind, heart, and spirit.
In couples therapy, I apply Gottman Method principles, while DBT skills help clients develop emotional balance and healthier relationships. My practice is both curative and preventive, helping clients address immediate challenges while fostering long-term well-being, always within the unique cultural context of each individual and family.
