Hello!
Bit of my professional story before you book your call - Before jumping into Corporate I had done my Bachelor's in Chemistry from University of Delhi and I was hardcore researcher there - almost published 10+ research articles on Cancer & Lithium Ion batteries! Then why Corporate ? - So covid hits during my degree completion & I had no plans to move abroad for further studies leaving back my family in India. So having confidence in my communication & problem solving abilities I chose to join Corporate. I worked hard building my basics - Excel, Email writing, Power Point and basically everything else to put my thoughts in better & more clear way!
This helped me crack an Analyst role in consulting & leadership advisory firm - Egon Zehnder where I worked for almost 2.5 years acting as bridge between business users & IT team, understanding and gathering business requirements (BR) and making BRD documents and then finally performing UAT testings before product/ feature went LIVE. I also had led multiple digital transition projects.
Then in April 2025 I switched to Gartner as Senior Service Operations Associate in their Project Management Office team. This switch wasn't easy indeed, but through rigorous 6 months of hit & trials in this tough job market I had cracked the codes that worked out turning my rejections to 4 full time job offers.
Beyond work, I really love public speaking and meeting new like minded people & learn from their journeys.
