Heuristic Evaluation Template

This template is a guide on how to conduct Heuristic Evaluation and will allow you to:

1. Document Issues: note any usability issues, explaining which heuristic was violated and how. Screenshots or recordings can be added for reference.
2. Assign Severity Ratings: After the evaluation, each issue can be rated based on its severity.
3. Note and Recommend Solutions: Note specific recommendations on how to address the issue. This could include UI changes, user flow improvements, or adding new features.
4. Predict the Expected Outcome: Describe how the recommended change is expected to improve the user experience. This might include making a task easier, reducing errors, or improving satisfaction.
