I just finished my one-on-one counselling session and I am still processing how valuable it was. I came in with so many doubts, so much nervousness, and genuine confusion about how to present myself in my interview for MA Media and Communication at Christ University. She did not just answer my questions — she genuinely listened, understood my background, and gave me insights that are specific to my situation. What stands out the most is her patience and calm. No matter how many times I asked the same thing or how confused I was in the moment, she never showed any irritation. She made me feel comfortable enough to be completely honest about my weaknesses and that made the entire session so much more effective. The mock test she just conducted was incredibly helpful. It has shown me exactly where I was going wrong and has given me the confidence to walk into that interview room fully prepared. Her knowledge of the admission process and what panels look for is exceptional.

Excellent mentoring session on psychology careers. Very clear, practical and personalised guidance. It helped me gain clarity on career paths, the required skills, and a realistic understanding of my options aligned with my interests and qualifications for further study. All my questions were answered thoughtfully. Highly recommended. ✨
Maliha, the mind behind Humble Help, started the platform to make psychology careers feel clearer, more accessible and less intimidating for students.
In 2022, after completing her bachelor’s degree, she appeared for entrance exams and interviews at several reputed psychology institutions and faced rejection from each one, a phase that was confusing, discouraging, and deeply humbling. Instead of letting it define her limits, she chose to understand the system better: what entrances expect, how interviews evaluate students, and how clarity can change outcomes.
She took a gap year and prepared with intention. In 2023, she reappeared and received offers from multiple institutions, including Christ University, Jain University, Central Universities in India, St. Francis College, IIPR, and more. That same year, she launched Humble Help on YouTube to share what she had learned so students wouldn’t have to navigate the process alone.
Today, Maliha works as a Counselling Psychologist,Certified Career Counsellor and Mentor mentoring students through entrance preparation, mock interviews, and career decision-making. She is working towards building a supportive ecosystem where no student feels left behind, guidance is accessible and students grow, learn, and excel together.
