Psychometric Assessment for Career Guidance

The Psychometric Assessment for Career Guidance is a structured service designed to help students and parents gain clarity about a child’s strengths, interests, and potential career directions. As a career counsellor, I use scientifically designed psychometric assessments to identify areas the child may naturally be suited for.

Within a week of the assessment, a detailed, customised report is shared via email, outlining the child’s strengths along with personalised career paths aligned with the results. A follow-up session is included to explain the report clearly to both the parent and the child, ensuring understanding, clarity, and confident decision-making.

120 Minutes Session include:

1. Introduction of your Career Goals and interest areas
2. Conduction of Psychometric Assessment to understand your strengths, values and aligned careers
3. A free Report sharing and Customised Career Paths report will be shared within a week after the call and free session to help you understand the report clearly for you to make well informed decision.
