CLIENT CONSENT By booking a session with Happy Space, you agree to the following terms: All information shared in therapy will remain confidential, except where disclosure is legally required-Risk of harm to yourself or others, cases involving child or elder abuse, or if a court orders the release of information. Therapy may involve discussing personal challenges, which can be emotionally difficult, but your active participation is key to progress. Mon-Sat, 10 AM-8 PM How to Prepare for Therapy: Therapy is a Process. It's important to approach the process with an open mind and realistic expectations. Reflect on your goals and be ready to share your thoughts and feelings. Progress takes time, so patience is key. Between sessions, it's helpful to note any significant emotions or experiences that arise. Avoid expecting quick fixes, multitasking or withholding important information, as these can hinder your progress. Attend therapy in a Calm, comfortable environment, stay engaged and following any recommended exercises will make therapy effective. Be Consistent & Committed. Take some time to reflect after the session. Check your notes section to see your therapist Recommendations after the session. (If any) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 1. You may cancel or reschedule a counselling session up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled session. 2. If you cancel or reschedule a session less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee. 3. In the event that we cancels/reschedule a session in case of emergency or Unforseen Circumstances, you will not be charged for that session. 4. You'll be refunded from our end to your bank account/UPI id incase of emergency Cancellations 4 hours prior to the Scheduled Session.
