  Working with Edyta has been a genuinely positive experience. From the very first session, she created a calm, supportive space where I felt comfortable slowing down and paying attention to myself. Her sessions are thoughtfully guided, often incorporating grounding exercises that helped me reconnect with my body and become more aware of how I was feeling in the moment. What I appreciated most is that Edyta never told me what I should think or feel. Instead, she asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and gently guided me toward finding my own answers.   Edyta has a warmth and genuinity about her that is apparent as soon as you meet her. She cares deeply, and guides you gently inwards to help you discover the path forward.
