I’m Esha Sulakhe, a Café Consultant, Food Designer, and Researcher with experience spanning culinary arts, experience design, food innovation, academia, and hospitality consulting. My career began in professional kitchens and evolved into designing services, experiences, strategies, and businesses within the food industry. Over the years, I’ve worked in experience design, taught and mentored designers and entrepreneurs, contributed to international Food Design conferences, served on a scientific committee, reviewed academic research, and developed a copyrighted Design Research GigaMap. Today, I bring this multidisciplinary experience together to help founders build and reimagine cafés. As the Creative Director and Consultant leading the transformation of Serenity Café in Pune, I work across research, concept development, menu and service strategy, customer experience, brand and interior direction, FSSAI compliance, SOPs, financial planning, and operations. My role is to help founders see the bigger picture, make informed decisions, and turn their vision into a distinctive, operationally sound café built to last.
