I am an independent research consultant, with more than 23 years of industry experience. I have deep insight into cultural patterns and user research within the Indian context, and hands-on experience conducting research across the globe. A graduate of National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad, I spent over a decade in corporate research roles (Yahoo, Infosys, HFI) before launching an independent research practice in 2011.
