Hi, I’m someone who has spent a fair bit of time figuring things out the hard way - and I have loved every bit of it! I started at IIT Kharagpur, which gave me a strong foundation but also a lot of questions about what I actually wanted to do. That kicked off a journey that took me to the US for 5 years, where I explored different roles, made a bunch of mistakes, and slowly started understanding how careers really evolve (spoiler: not as linearly as we’re told). Today, I work at Walmart, where I continue to learn how products are built, decisions are made, and impact is created at scale. Somewhere along the way, I realized that most people struggle not because they lack capability—but because they lack clarity. And clarity doesn’t come from random advice or generic frameworks; it comes from asking the right questions and learning from people who’ve been through similar paths. That’s where I try to help.
