Whenever we're starting something new, it’s chaotic! No one really has it figured out—I definitely didn’t. From IIT Kharagpur to spending 5 years in the US, and now working at Walmart, most of my journey has been a mix of trial, error, and learning on the go.

What helped me a lot was talking to people who were slightly ahead on the same path. It saves time, cuts through confusion, and gives you a clearer direction.
