He explained the entire process step by step and gave me a much better understanding of what the application actually needs. We went through the SOP, research proposal and CV in detail, including what to highlight, what to avoid and how to make each part stronger. He also helped me look at my profile more clearly and gave suggestions on how I could present my experiences better. I had quite a few doubts going into the session, and he took the time to address all of them properly instead of just giving general advice.
