The Khorana Program for Scholars is one of the most competitive and prestigious Indo-US research fellowships for Indian students aspiring to gain international research exposure. With an acceptance rate of around 0.1%, securing a Khorana fellowship requires much more than simply submitting an application.

In this one-on-one video session, I’ll take you through the Khorana application journey step by step, based on my own experience as a Khorana Fellow 2024.

I was selected for the 2024 program and spent my summer in the United States conducting research at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Cardiovascular Research Institute, New York City, an internationally recognised centre for cardiovascular research (Ranked #2).
