About me
I work with senior engineers and leaders at the inflection point — where experience alone doesn't answer the question.
Two things specifically:
INTERVIEW PREP — Staff, Principal, Director, Senior EM roles at FAANG and high-growth companies. Behavioral, leadership, Bar Raiser rounds. Not DSA. I've conducted 2,300+ interviews across Amazon and DigitalOcean, graduated 10 Bar Raisers, and built hiring systems for teams of 80+. I know how these rounds are evaluated from the inside.
COACHING — Through pivotal moments: new roles, first 90 days, promotions, career decisions, navigating organizational complexity. I work with people who are technically strong but facing challenges that technical strength alone won't solve.
My background: 22 years across Infosys, Cognizant, Amazon (10 years, manager of managers), and DigitalOcean (Senior Director, AI/ML & PaaS). I've built orgs from zero, managed through ambiguity, and made most of the mistakes worth learning from.
