About me
I'm Alexis, a software engineer and engineering leader with 14+ years of experience, including at Bumble. I've worked as a Staff iOS Engineer and Engineering Manager, mentored 200+ engineers, and spoken at international conferences about engineering and leadership.
I help engineers work through the decisions that are hard to make alone: preparing for an iOS interview, showing the impact of their work, choosing between the individual contributor and management paths, or handling a difficult situation on their team.
