Leadership coaching for engineers & managers with Alexis Santos Perez

Bring a situation at work that you're finding difficult to handle. We'll work through it using my experience as both a Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager.

This session is for senior engineers, tech leads and engineering managers who want a sounding board for the people and delivery side of the job.

Examples we can work on:

• Giving difficult feedback or preparing for a sensitive conversation.

• Delegating without losing sight of quality.

• Influencing a technical decision when you don't manage the people involved.

• Balancing hands-on engineering with responsibility for a team.

We'll spend about 10 minutes understanding the situation, 35 minutes exploring options or rehearsing a conversation, and 15 minutes agreeing on what you'll try next.

You'll leave with a specific next action and a way to judge whether it helped. Bring one main challenge so we can give it proper attention.
