1st Session with Aryavani Arya

If you feel lost or heavy in the journey of life, this session might help you find anchor for yourself.

We will together set goals for therapy and it is completely okay if you do not know where to start from. This could be your session to understand what is happening around you and where do you want to see yourself.

As we are starting this journey together, I am very positive that you will feel better in all the ways your life could be.
