I had a great one-on-one session with Anushka, she is a very patient listener. I loved how she made me feel comfortable initially and helped me in managing my work stress.

About me
Hi, I’m Anushka.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and I’m currently pursuing my M.Phil in Rehabilitation Psychology.
But let me ask you something.
Have you ever felt like you’re “functioning well” on the outside…
while quietly unraveling on the inside?
That’s usually where therapy begins.
Not at rock bottom.
Not in dramatic breakdowns.
But in the silent exhaustion of holding everything together.
WHAT I DON'T BELIEVE IN:
I don’t believe therapy is just:
CBT worksheets.
Coping skills PDFs.
Or diagnosing you in the first 20 minutes.
And I definitely don’t believe you are a problem to be solved. You are a person to be understood.
WHAT I DO BELIEVE IN:
I believe healing begins when: You feel emotionally safe. Your story is heard without interruption. Your patterns are explored without shame. Your “too much” feelings are allowed to exist.
Some sessions are structured.
Some are reflective.
Some involve art when words don’t cooperate.
Some are just two humans sitting with something heavy.
I work eclectically and intentionally, blending structure with sensitivity, evidence with empathy. Because you are not a case file. You are a story still unfolding.
A GENTLE TRUTH:
You don’t need to have everything falling apart to seek therapy.
Sometimes you just need:
A pause.
A mirror.
A space where you don’t have to be the strong one.
If you’re ready to explore your inner world with honesty, warmth, and depth, I’m here.
