Hi, I’m Anushka. I currently work as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Urban Company. Prior to this, I was part of ITC Ltd, where I worked across Operations and Project Management roles. ITC was my first organisation after graduating from IIT Delhi in 2023. During my time at ITC, I became deeply aware of the untapped potential of the manufacturing sector for young professionals, especially for those interested in large-scale problem-solving, ownership and execution-heavy roles. Moving into my current EiR role further highlighted how steep and rewarding the learning curve can be when working closely with founders and leadership teams in fast-paced startup environments. Through my experiences across both manufacturing and startup ecosystems, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges professionals face while navigating transitions into Founder’s Office, EiR, and CEO’s Office roles, that are increasingly in demand but often poorly understood. I enjoy helping people build clarity around these paths: understanding what these roles truly entail, how to prepare for them, and how to navigate careers across manufacturing, startups and transitions between the two.
