I am taking therapy with Ankita Ma'am from a very long time. My whole outlook towards myself has changed since then. It definitely took a lot of time for us to find the issues in my behavior and then work on them. But in the end, I was able to achieve things which I was not even expecting out of our conversations.

the fact that i could discuss scriptures from our Dharma really helped! I have always found refuge in what our elders have written for us, so this conversation took me back to that! Always had such deep conversations with my parents and my Naani, and they always helped me get the right perspective in life. A wonderful conversation :)

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and this is my private practice. I am featured on Deepika Padukone's foundation, The Live Love Laugh Foundation. I work majorly with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, work stress academic stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, Panic, Phobia, OCD, Relationship Issues, Sexual dysfunction and so on. My approach is individual focused and I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy along with different psychotheraputic techniques that might work for the client. This is a collaborative effort and the treatment goals and process is centred towards the needs and lifestyle of the client. That's the professional summary!
