Hi folks, I'm Anirudh Vijayaraghavan and I've worked in range of organizations over 13 years - ranging from large enterprises to Series A starts-ups on their scaling up journey, include a short but rewarding journey starting up with a few friends in the games & entertainment space. My experiences have been in Sales, Operations, Business Planning & Growth roles across various industries ranging from Retail, Food-Tech & Ed-Tech. I've been fortunate to work with amazing leaders, peers & team-members, while also having had the opportunity to build & lead teams ranging from 30 to 500 people. My most rewarding conversations at work have been helping people navigate their career decisions, watching them grow as a happy bystander, having played some small part in helping them achieve their goals. I'm now doing career growth & coaching conversations on a more structured basis, open to people outside of my immediate network. I'm also in the process of getting a coaching certification, looking to formalize & hone a set of skills I've been largely using within my own experience.
