1:1 career growth discussion

I've led teams teams ranging from 30 to 500 people, having people of varied experience and backgrounds - from fresh campus grads to veterans with 15-20 years of experience. This experience is in a variety of industries & stages of companies - from my own start-up, to unicorns, to large enterprises across Retail, Food-Tech and Ed-Tech.

My most rewarding conversations at work have been helping people navigate their career decisions, watching them grow as a happy bystander, having played some small part in helping them achieve their goals. I'm now doing career coaching conversations on a more structured basis, open to people outside of my immediate network.

Notes/Disclosures:

• I'm in the process of getting a coaching certification, looking to formalize & hone a set of skills I've been largely using within my own experience
