I’m an HR professional with 6+ years of experience, currently building and running the people function at Marketfeed — a fast-paced fintech startup backed by Y Combinator. I work across the full employee journey: hiring, onboarding, reviews, engagement, culture, and everything in between. But more than that, I care about making work feel meaningful, fair, and human. I believe good HR is less about policies and more about conversations, context, and clarity. My background is a mix of civil engineering, an MBA, and startup experience — which means I think in systems, but act with empathy.
