I’m propelled forward by 3 relentless introspective mantras: There has to be a better way to... How can I be of value to... What can I do to help... These all coalesce to form: How can I do the hard work in a thoughtful and thorough way so others/ the next generation can thrive? I’m excited to continue to enact these values in my new role at Bright Horizons where we continue to improve the work-life balance of all employees and help them thrive with financial and workforce education. In keeping with my focus on “what can I do to help”, I’ve written 100 Skills of the Successful Sales Professional to help destigmatize the sales profession and make professional development more digestible.
