The First Therapy Session with Akanksha was quite helpful and she has been kind enough to give time for me to be vulnerable and allow me to express my thoughts, fears and triggers by asking the right questions. She has created a comfort space to let my thoughts out in the span of 90 minutes and the knowledge that she has shared about the stress responses and the how the body and brain works in different scenarios is quite helpful and insightful.
