Hi, I’m Agrima Vashisth, a Clinical Psychology trainee currently pursuing my M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland, UK). I’ve had the privilege of training at India’s top mental health institute- NIMHANS and private clinics in Bengaluru and Jaipur. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques. Through my clinical training, I’ve worked with clients facing a broad spectrum of psychological concerns—including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, life stressors, and adjustment-related issues. This exposure has not only strengthened my therapeutic skills but also helped me develop a keen eye for accurate diagnosis and case formulation, allowing for more tailored and effective interventions. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore, heal, and grow at their own pace.
