About me

Hi, I'm Aditi. I'm a 23-year-old internationally certified Advanced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner. I completed my four-year Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. During my time in the UK, I worked in a variety of roles that gave me the opportunity to support people through difficult emotions and better understand the importance of emotional regulation, self-awareness, and compassionate listening. I have also facilitated weekly workshops integrating art and EFT, creating spaces where people can safely explore their emotions, connect with different parts of themselves, and develop a deeper understanding of their inner experiences. My work is rooted in a trauma-sensitive approach to EFT. I integrate parts work, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed principles, and shadow work to help clients understand and create harmony between different aspects of themselves. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I explore how emotions, beliefs, memories, and bodily sensations are interconnected. Together, we work to gently process emotional experiences, regulate the nervous system, and bring conflicting parts into greater alignment. EFT can also support people experiencing lifestyle challenges such as stress, sleep difficulties, procrastination, addictive patterns, emotional overwhelm, and physical discomfort that may have an emotional component. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients can better understand themselves and move towards lasting emotional wellbeing. Beyond my practice, I'm also a content creator and writer. Through my work online, I share psychological insights, research, and everyday observations in a way that makes mental health feel more accessible, relatable, and deeply human. Outside of psychology, you'll probably find me training in mixed martial arts. One of my favourite things I've learned so far is how to confidently execute a hip throw (or dhobi pachaad), which has been just as empowering as it is fun.
