I’m an ICF-certified coach, author and solopreneur with over a decade of experience across corporate roles and startups. But more than titles, my work comes from lived experience. I work with people who look capable and accomplished on the outside, yet keep second-guessing themselves inside. People who learned to say yes, be useful, stay strong and keep going – even when it meant disconnecting from their own needs. I’m a trauma informed, SELF-TRUST COACH. My work is about creating inner safety so self-doubt loosens its grip. So decisions feel like your own, boundaries feel stable and you don’t have to keep checking with others for permission.
