Cancellation Policy:

I respect your time and will make every effort to keep to our agreed schedule. I request you to reciprocate the same.

1. If on occasion, you need to reschedule an existing meeting, please give me at least a 6-hour notice. We can work around any emergencies.
2. While it is very rare, there may be a time that due to an emergency, I may also be forced to reschedule. In this case, I will let you know as soon as I realise the conflict.
3. If you have paid for this session and I cancel the session due to an emergency, you will have the option to seek a 100% refund or utilize the payment towards a future / rescheduled session.
4. If you have paid for this session and You cancel the session due to an emergency/with adequate notice; you can utilize the payment towards a future / rescheduled session.
5. If however, there is a 'no show' from your end, the fee will not be refunded.
