24 years in Learning, Training, Curriculum and Content in IT/Telecom and off late Industry4.0 and EQ. My methodology to transform students, campus hire prospects and professionals is advising them an Education 4.0 wrapper consisting of IQ (knowledge expertise, power of reasoning) + EQ (curiosity, creativity, intent, leadership and other emotions) + Business English Communication, to remain fit for Industry4.0 roles and careers marked by Automation and AI. Select class of audience have been 400 Global Technical Support Engineers and batches of professionals chosen for change management projects. Currently ramping up a cohort of 1200 approx. drawn from a rural hinterland enrolled in higher education, to become fit for campus hiring. All of that, in the wake of competencies upon being groomed by my leaders, majorly in Consulting, Thought Leadership (Knowledge & Skills), Program Management, Strategy, Design alongside leading the learning practice/teams, to roll-out learning assets and solutions constantly adjusting to change (VUCA, Managed Learning Service). The outcome is a skill inventory fit to maintain performance KPIs, achieve business goals and be in sync with their career milestones! I am passionate in mentoring/coaching people to formulate realistic career roadmaps, prepare them to be STRONG candidates and NOT meek contenders in front of Hiring Managers and Evaluation teams thereby achieving significant milestones. The same for professionals of all cadre seeking to correct their career trajectories and be in the reckoning for leadership roles. Besides strengths, in a lighter vein have a couple of weaknesses too! A foodie and binge movie viewer which sometimes causes a flutter in time management except NOT to the extent of causing damages!
