I have been in the professional field for the last 18 years with a humble beginning in the hospitality industry (McDonald's) in London. I hold a Master’s Degree, along that I am Bing & Google-certified, marketer. Along with that, I am also an active part of educational institutes for career counseling & guidance sessions. I have worked in multiple industries mainly, BPO, E-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, and telecommunication. My Core expertise is Talent Acquisition, Employee branding, HR management, Sales & Marketing. I was part of the largest BPO - IBEX (a listed company at NASDAQ) for 5.5 years as Manager Talent acquisition where I was responsible to ensure over 09 thousand staff head count for almost 43 different companies across Pakistan, recruitment, and Training along with the employee branding. Along with the professional aspect, I tend to focus on working out my relationships and myself. I am a people person who is dependable and gives importance to laws and rules of authority. Being an extrovert, I am fond of social interaction and networking. Preferring a result-driven fashion, I enjoy the plan along with achievement and get excited about future possibilities.
