More than 6 years experience as a teacher in multiple schools. I am a multi-grade teacher who has worked on Project and Inquiry based learning and assesses students learning through tasks that are aligned with K-12 and American Common Core Standards. My students belong to different age groups, ethnicity, and are neurodiverse. As a teacher I believe that students as individuals, learn in their own unique way and at their own pace. I use Individual Education Plan along with variety of methods of teaching to reach to students with different abilities and needs. I am a creative and loving teacher who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people in and outside the classrooms. My career revolves around striving for inclusion and equity in education systems and adopting interactive, cross-curricular and high scope teaching methods in educational institutions.
