I’m a Product Manager and Business Analyst with 6+ years in lending, credit and fintech across India and Ireland. I’m currently an Industry Consultant at NTT DATA, working on the nCino lending transformation programme for a leading Irish bank in Dublin. Before moving to Ireland, I built my career in lending and insurance at Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, L&T Financial Services and ICICI Lombard. At L&T Financial Services, I created the “One Dealer One Tractor” strategy, which delivered the business’s all-time highest disbursement. I also surveyed around 3,000 dealers to shape the Trade Advance Portal and designed the digital tractor loan journey. At HDFC Bank, I led SME and Agri lending and built a farmer finance model with an agri-startup. At ICICI Lombard, I worked on product design and rollout for the PMFBY crop insurance scheme and was named Frontier Manager of the Year. I hold an MSc in Financial Technology from Dublin Business School and a Diploma in Digital Product Management from UCD Professional Academy.
