As a product manager professional, I have gained extensive experience in the financial services sector. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to lead product development initiatives, drive growth, and enhance customer experience. At L&T Financial Services, I was responsible for increasing vendor touchpoints for the existing Tractor Business, resulting in a significant increase in sales. Also led the development of new lending products and enhancements to meet the evolving financial requirements of customers. As a project lead, I successfully managed multiple automation projects from the creation of Business Requirement Documents to final deployment. I collaborated with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. At HDFC Bank, I sourced SME and Agri lending proposals through various channels, such as branches and direct sales, and achieved the disbursement targets for the year. I maintained relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones, worked with the product team in developing and refining banking products, and acted as the SPOC for working capital for all branches in the region. I liaised with the credit and operations team for sanction and disbursement of loans while assessing client profiles and eligibility. At ICICI Lombard, I worked on the risk assessment, preparation, and implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY) Crop Insurance scheme, designed products in line with the business strategy of management and customer requirements, and coordinated with sales, claims, and vendor teams to successfully implement insurance products. Aside from my professional experience, I am also the founder of Humans of Jamshedpur, a social media platform that showcases the stories of unsung heroes in Jamshedpur, with more than 3k followers. I have led several successful projects, including surveying approximately 3000 dealers and prioritizing solutions, developing the Trade Advance Portal for the Tractor business. Creating a customer flow for digital tractor loan processes, and creating a farmer finance model with Agri Startup onboarded with HDFC Bank. I also created the strategy "One Dealer One Tractor" to increase the market share for the Tractor business at L&T Financial Services, achieving the all-time highest disbursement.
