Zishan is B.Com Hons graduate from Kolhan University and certified Business Analytics professional. He won gold and silver medal in National level Volleyball in the year 2014-15.He was leading the team as Captain in the year 2015. He is currently working for American Express as Master Analyst - Disputes, Handling escalations for disputes and serving card members with exceptional customer service across the globe. Prior to that he worked for a Mortgage and Real Estate company based in US, listed in FORBES FINTECH 50 called Better.com in a Transaction Coordinator's team as Analyst - Transaction Coordinator. Zishan also worked for an Edtech Company - Mind Wars(Xpress Minds) of ZEE Edutainment Pvt Ltd in the Business Development and Special projects department.Closely worked with the Directorate of Education of different states/UTs Government to create brand awareness as well as signed MoUs with them. Zishan started his career with Kotak securities(Kotak Mahindra bank) as an Analyst - Customer Service Representative.
