I have also been an integral part of Intuit India’s Journey of becoming India’s No.1 Company. As a former Senior Lead - HR Business Partner at Infosys, I have led change management programs and helped business leaders create an engaged and productive workforce. With strong experience in HR processes and practices, I was involved in end-to-end employee lifecycle management. I have developed & executed key HR automation projects, Leadership Connect tools, and a program to identify high potential. Through proactive retentions, innovative problem-solving approach, strong people connect and authentic leadership I have helped my business leaders and HR team bring in their best at work. On a personal note, I am passionate about social work and the founder of The Ramlan Foundation that works for less fortunate people in the society. We have touched upon 10,000+ lives in the last 7 years. I also published my first book titled “The Decalogue” in 2015.
