I build user centric products and design 7 star user experiences collaborating with product development and business teams as well as external partners. In addition to product I am passionate about building and managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. My most recent experience has been in banking and blockchain technology in Europe where I built a regulated blockchain based issuance and transaction platform from scratch. Previously I have worked in Ad tech between Europe and the US and have built extensive knowledge around conversion optimisation, growth hacking and user acquisition. Former contributor in the startup ecosystem in Downtown Miami from Venture Hive. As COO/CPO at Realport, I was part of a 3 member management team overlooking product, marketing, operations, HR and internal/external communications where I championed our product development philosophy which we used as a framework to tackle all projects across the organisation.
