I'm Zarif, currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer, focused on building large scale ML systems which will be able to facilitate millions of people at Chaldal Ltd.! I love working on real world problems that have an impact, and obsess myself till I find a solution. My research interest lies in making machines see (Computer Vision) and comprehend (NLP). I don't have any prejudice for any programming language or framework. I believe in using the right tool for the right job. My research and software engineering life has a quite blurry line. I try to put my research skill to solve a problem, and my software engineering skill to ship it to production. I also regularly participate in hackathons (I won Bangladesh's first NLP hackathon!) and machine learning competitions. In an alternate universe, I would have been a political scientist.
