This session will provide a step-by-step guide on how to implement the DMAIC process for a shorter-duration project. This is an orientation session on how to go ahead with kickstarting a project.

Consider these criteria when seeking this service:

1. The project should follow the DMAIC methodology/approach.
2. The project should be classified as a short-term project falling under the yellow or Kaizen category, which typically takes 15days to 45 days to complete. This is typically the initial few projects of the project leader after completing the LSSYB training.
3. If the project discussion goes beyond 2 hours, then the Project Leader (PL) needs to make another booking.
4. This is not a concept clarity session however, guidance and learning guidelines/direction will be provided for a read.
5. This session is for 2 hours, and these 2 hours are spread between 15 days to 45 days.
6. Agreed tasks and action items need to be implemented within stipulated timelines.
7. You are the Project Leader (PL). The complete onus lies on the PL to ensure that the Project team is working as per the PL's direction. I'm here, remotely to guide only you and ensure that you are understanding and following DMAIC rigour accurately.
8. You would be one point of contact between your team and me, so you are the one leading the way for your team on the shop floor.
9. In the event of project cancellation or disagreement of any kind, I regret to inform you that refunds cannot be processed. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
