Mentoring Entire Lean Six Sigma Project

Do you need someone to mentor you and your project remotely and be there as a guide while you are on the floor executing the project?

Well, then, here I am to support your journey!

Prior to proceeding, it is imperative that we establish expectations to ensure a seamless journey.

It is crucial to set the tone for a positive outcome by outlining the objectives clearly and effectively. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

It's understood that for the project leader, the mentoring fee is a personal expense; hence, it's made affordable. If the consulting is paid by the organization, then it will cost extra. This is not part of the package and it needs to be discussed separately.

Consider these criteria when seeking this service:

1. The project should follow the DMAIC methodology/approach.
2. The project should be classified as a short-term project falling under the yellow or green belt category, which typically takes one to three months to complete.
3. The project data needs to be shared, and we can sign an NDA or non-disclosure agreement. Complete confidentiality of the data set is assured.
4. Need to come prepared for the call with all the required updates/data sets etc...
5. Agreed tasks and action items need to be implemented within stipulated timelines.
6. Any project extending more than 3 months will require fresh booking.
7. A total of 10 hours are spread across 1 to 3 months of the project. If the project gets over before 10 hours, then the rest of the time can be used for queries, experience sharing or new project discussion.
8. This is not a training session to clear concepts; however, guidance will be provided and where and how one needs to improve will be shared.
9. You are the Project Leader (PL). The complete onus lies on the PL to ensure that the Project team is working as per the PL's direction. I'm here, remotely to guide only you and ensure that you are understanding and following DMAIC rigour accurately.
10. You would be one point of contact between your team and me, so you are the one leading the way for your team on the shop floor.
11. In the event of project cancellation or disagreement of any kind, I regret to inform you that refunds cannot be processed. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
