As a manager at Global Capability Centers, I have leveraged my 17 years of experience and certifications in project management and operations management to establish, strengthen, and sustain the project management and operations functions and propel the growth to new heights. I am involved in planning, forecasting, budgeting, tracking, and reporting on multiple client-facing projects across the US, Germany, and India, using traditional waterfall and agile methodologies to create value not only to parent organization but for the economy at large. My core competencies include finance acumen, program management, supply chain, performance management, business operations, governance, risk management, reporting, strategy, leadership, vendor management, stakeholder management, operational efficiencies, demand analysis and taking on leadership roles in key transformation initiatives. I have a strong data-driven and adaptive approach, and I use various tools such as MS Projects, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, SAP, and Power BI to deliver value and quality to the customers and the organization. I also believe in continuous learning and communication, and I am a polyglot with seven Indian languages skills.
