My expertise spans Corporate and Business Unit Strategy, Business Process Automation using AI and ML technologies, Digital Strategy, Requirements Management, Product Management, Business Process Modelling, and Agile Methodologies. I have actively contributed to thought leadership collaterals, including Service Offerings and Point of Views, while also playing a key role in client proposals and mentoring high-impact teams. I am a Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO), Lean Six Sigma Practitioner, and Fellow, Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM). I hold an MBA from the prestigious IIFT-Delhi, graduating with honors and ranking in the Dean’s top 10 Merit List. Previously, I worked as a Full Stack Java Developer and Team Lead in TCS Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar for more than 3 years, working with BFSI and Retail clients such as LBG and Honeywell.
