My name is Yugal Bharadwaj, and I am a recent MBA graduate from IIM Rohtak . With a strong military background, inherited from my father and various family members who have served in the armed forces, I have developed a profound sense of discipline, rigor, and integrity. Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to travel extensively, which has exposed me to diverse cultures and taught me the importance of mutual respect and care in overcoming language barriers. This exposure has enabled me to adapt comfortably to cultural shifts and embrace different perspectives. From a young age, I have been passionate about sports, particularly football. It was on the football ground where I first experienced operational leadership, leading my team in school tournaments. These experiences, coupled with my participation in school and college tournaments, have nurtured my leadership abilities and equipped me with the skills to effectively guide and motivate teams. Additionally, my involvement in Model United Nations has reinforced the importance of knowledge in becoming an effective leader, while also enhancing my oratory skills through debates and fostering connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds in inter-college events.
