I’m a Frontend Team Lead at a global derivatives broker, with 6+ years of experience building and leading frontend teams. I lead 10 engineers across crypto and forex trading platforms and own the frontend architecture, from component design and state management to data fetching. My hands-on work includes trading platforms serving 5,000+ concurrent users at 99.9% uptime, real-time dashboards with TradingView charts, and WebSocket price feeds at sub-100ms latency. With React, GraphQL, React Query, and Zustand, I cut API calls by 50% and page load times from 2.5s to 1.5s. A testing strategy with 90%+ coverage reduced production bugs by 45%. I’ve also mentored engineers at every level, from junior developers to senior hires, through 1:1s, pairing, and code reviews. I can help you with: * React and frontend interview prep, including technical rounds and system design * Architecture, state management, and performance reviews * Moving from mid-level to senior, or from senior to team lead * Breaking into fintech and real-time trading UIs * Resume, LinkedIn, and career guidance Book a call and bring a specific problem. You’ll leave with clear, practical next steps.
